Ad Infinitum – Sisyphus

The old Greek legends talked about the punishment of King Sisyphus when he cheated death. The Gods tasked him to roll a boulder up a steep mountain. Every time Sisyphus completed his task, the boulder would roll back down the slopes, and Sisyphus would have to repeat again and again.
Shashwat is on the run; he thinks he can beat his fate. But the Universe has other plans for him.

यूनान की एक बहुत पुरानी किंवदंती राजा सिसिफस के बारे बतलाती है, जिसे मृत्यु को धोखा देने पर सजा मिली थी। देवताओं ने उसे एक खड़ी पहाड़ी पर एक भारी गोल शिलाखंड को लुढ़काकर चढ़ाने की सज़ा दी, हर बार सिसिफस उस शिलाखंड को पहाड़ की चोटी तक पहुँचाता वो शिलाखंड लुढ़क कर फिर से नीचे आ जाता, और सिसिफस को यही प्रक्रिया दोहरानी पड़ती बार बार लगातार।
शाश्वत भाग रहा है, उसे लगता है कि वो अपनी नियति बदल सकता है। लेकिन ब्रह्मांड ने उसके लिए कुछ अलग ही सोच रखा है ।
